Family constellation & group process

Join us in our Family Constellation Process
Deepening healing work in a closed group

We are so excited that this moment has arrived!
We are not waiting for politicians.
Peace comes from us - the people.
The work of healing is in our hands.

It is not enough to meet once in a while with strangers and expect peace to happen that way.
We want to get to know one another deeply,
to know each otherโ€™s stories, our family histories,
where we come from
and where we are now.

Your problems - whatever they may be โ€” did not begin with you.
They began in previous generations and in what happened to them.
Through Family Constellation work, it is possible to release the pain
and create healing in the system.

Be part of a steady and closed group of Palestinians and Israelis
who will come together to deepen in shared, experiential healing work.
This is a process of five gatherings in Beit Jala, including overnight stay.

Schedule

On Thursdays we will meet for dinner and a fun, sweet activity to get to know each other more!

On Fridays we'll have the workshop and closing circle.

Family Constellation is a deep and mystical tool that works effectively.
It is a form of group healing
in which, at each gathering, we will dive into a personal theme (which always touches also the collective themes) brought by a member of the group-
alternating between a Palestinian participant and an Israeli participant -
and create healing and relief within it.

Cost:
The minimum cost for the whole process is 1000 NIS, just covering costs of Satyam  (200 NIS per gathering).
The cost to also cover the work and facilitation is 1500 NIS (300 NIS per gathering).
The cost to support scholarships for other participants is 2000 NIS,  (400 NIS per gathering).

Please choose what you can and wish to contribute.
And if you can't pay the minimum fee you can ask for a scholarship.
For receiving a scholarship we ask of a minimum contribution of your ability (even a few shekels, to show your commitment to be part).

Payment:
Preferably you'll bring us the whole amount in cash at the first gathering.
The payment can also be divided into 2 payments and the second half be brought on the 3rd gathering.
Another option is to forward the money through PayPal:

Paypal

Community Day and Storytelling Workshop

Open Community Day and Storytelling Workshop

Join us at our upcoming open community day in Satyam on Friday, 16 January with a storytelling workshop held by Noa Yammer, singer, storyteller and facilitator.

Telling Stories That Make Change

There are things you care deeply about, messages you want to share, injustices you want to address. How do you tell those stories in a way that touches peopleโ€™s hearts and minds, and moves them to join you?

Our stories are one of our greatest resources. They build bridges, create connection, and affirm dignity and belonging. Stories also move people to actionโ€”they sit at the heart of movements for change.

This community storytelling workshop brings the Public Narrative framework from the Harvard Kennedy School to Satyam. Participants will practice personal and collective storytelling for change, exploring how narrative can help individuals and communities move through moments of crisis and uncertaintyโ€”supporting our ability to show up in our power and make the change we are seeking in the world.

Christmas Dinner & Gathering

Dear beloved community,

In times of rupture, we choose gathering.

In times of destruction, we choose birth.

In times of fear, we choose one another.

We warmly invite you to a Christmas Dinner and Community Gathering at SatyamHomeland in Beit Jala, on January 3rd, followed by an optional shared breakfast and simple morning tour in Bethlehem on January 4th.

This gathering brings together Palestinians, Israelis, and international friends, rooted in nonviolence, shared humanity, and collective careโ€”the living heart of SatyamHomeland.

Christmas, for us, is not only a holiday.

It is a remembering of birth under oppression, of life insisting on itself, of hope emerging from vulnerability.

It reminds us why we struggleโ€”not for domination, but for life, dignity, and a future worth living together.

At SatyamHomeland, we believe that one of the most powerful acts in violent times is to sit together, break bread together, grieve together, and imagine new ways of being.

This evening is an act of nonviolent resistanceโ€”through presence, love, and courage.

A quiet declaration that another world is already being born.

What we will share on January 3:

- A communal Christmas dinner

- Space for reflection, music, and storytelling

- A lived experience of joint, nonviolent togetherness

- The radical act of choosing connection over despair

The next morning โ€“ January 4 (optional):

For those who wish to stay, we will gather again for:

- A shared breakfast

- A simple, meaningful morning tour in Bethlehem, walking the land where stories of birth, resilience, and faith continue to unfold

Contribution:

- 150 โ€” Christmas dinner & evening gathering (January 3)

- 250 โ€” Includes dinner, overnight stay, breakfast and Bethlehem tour (January 3โ€“4)

(Contributions support SatyamHomeland as a joint Palestinianโ€“Israeli community space for nonviolent practice, healing, and shared future-building.)

This gathering is for those who refuse to give up on humanity.

For those who know that peace is not passiveโ€”it is practiced.

For those who believe the birth of a new world begins with shared meals, honest presence, and brave hearts.

Come as you are.

Bring your grief, your hope, your faith, and your questions.

Bring your children, your elders, and your longing for something truer.

Dates: January 3โ€“4

Place: SatyamHomeland, Beit Jala

Spirit: Joint โ€ข Nonviolent โ€ข Human โ€ข Alive

Let us remember why we fight.

Let us honor life by living itโ€”together.

With love and steadfast hope,

Mai Shahin

There Is Another Way - Coming To The Land

There Is Another Way
Coming to the Land!

We are honored to welcome you to a special community screening of There Is Another Way, hosted at the Satyam Homeland Community Center in Beit Jala followed by Q&A with activists from Combatants for Peace:

โ€ข Iris Gur โ€“ Israeli activist and protective presence leader

โ€ข Mai Shahin โ€“ Palestinian peace activist and co-founder of Satyam Homeland

Together with:

โ€ข Stephen Apkon, Director of "There Is Another Way"

In these timesโ€”between war, loss, birth, and the lighting of the treesโ€”we invite you to join us in illuminating a path toward justice and peace.

Your ticket contribution will support Satyam Homeland and directly assist communities in need across the West Bank.

Following the film and conversation, we will share a simple taste of Palestinian mezza and delights, gathering in warmth, presence, and community.

This is more than a film.

It is faith in the happeningโ€”

a reminder that another way is possible

About The Film

In the midst of darkness, we discover who we truly are. There is Another Way tells the story of a group of visionaries who refuse to surrender to violence and injustice, and in doing so show that another path is possible - for them, for us, and for all humanity. As we are all faced with essential questions about who we are, will we choose collective liberation, where the needs, rights, and safety of all are prioritized - in which our humanity comes first, knowing that no one is free until everyone is free.

Combatants for Peace, nominated for two Nobel Peace Prizes, is an extraordinary bi-national group of former enemy combatants - Israelis and Palestinians - working together during an ongoing armed conflict. Faced with the devastation and escalating violence of October 7th and the war in Gaza, the very core of the movement must face great challenges and show that there is another way. The first question they have to face is their own beliefโ€ฆis this possible?

Workshop: To Heal our pain and get relief

To heal the pain that flowed to us from our family and from what happened in history.

With Nuria Dina Luzinsky, actor and family constellation facilitator.

What is family constellation?

An uncommon communal group therapy,
